Coutil is a woven herringbone fabric created especially for corsets. It is rigid and tightly woven, and is compact enough to prevent corset bonings from poking through the fabric. Our coutil is made in Europa and available in two thicknesses, light and heavy. The light one is suitable for lighter corsets or if you make your corset in many layers. The heavier one is really sturdy and is suitable for when you need extra support in your corset.
