Payment

You can pay with Klarna and Swish, but please note available payment methods may vary depending on which country you live in. 
With Klarna, you can choose between direct payment, partial payment, Klarna invoice, or card payment. The payment options that are available to you are shown after Klarna has identified you at the checkout and may vary depending on which country you live in. Delivery within Sweden

Your order will be sent from us within three working days unless otherwise stated. Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation via email with the information you need to be able to track the package.

How your order is sent depends on the weight and size of the package. We offer the following shipping options:

Postnord letter with stamps - Orders 0-100g. Delivery time 1-3 business days. Not traceable.

Postnord traceable letter - Orders 100-1000g. Delivery 1-3 business days. Delivery to mailbox. Letters that do not fit in the mailbox are delivered at the door or in a bag on the outside of the mailbox. Notification via text or e-mail. 

DHL traceable parcel to service point - Orders over 250g. Delivery time 1-3 working days. Notification via text or e-mail. 

DHL traceable parcel to door (business customers only) - Orders over 250g. Delivery 1-3 business days. Delivery with DHL directly to your company's delivery address. Notification is via SMS or email. NOTE! you must be on site to receive the delivery. Scheduling of delivery is not possible. In case of delivery delays, e.g. if no one is on site to receive the delivery, we may invoice you afterwards for extra delivery fee.

Bulky orders such as cutting mats etc., are sent almost exclusively with DHL as it will be the cheapest and safest for you as a customer.


In store pick up

If you live in Stockholm and the surrounding areas you can choose to pick up your order in our store at Brännkyrkagatan 54a in Stockholm (see opening hours, deviations may occur). Delivery time 1 working day. You will receive an email from us when the order is ready to be collected. Orders must be picked up within 7 days from the order date.




Delivery EU, Norway & the rest of the world

Your order will be sent from us within three working days unless otherwise stated. Once we have sent your order, you will receive a confirmation via email with the information you need to be able to track the package.

How your order is sent depends on the size and weight of the package. The delivery methods available to you may vary depending on the country you live in.

Postnord traceable letter international - Orders 0-500g. Postnord traceable letter. Notification via text or e-mail.

Postnord non-traceable letter international - Orders 0-500g. Non-traceable letter. Please note that Röda Tråden does not compensate for shipments lost in transport using this delivery method. We recommend that you instead choose a traceable delivery method.

DHL standard delivery international - Orders over 250g. DHL traceable standard delivery. Notification via text or e-mail.

DHL express delivery international - Orders over 250g. DHL traceable express delivery door to door. The order must be placed before 13:00 CET to be delivered end of day the following weekday (deviations may occur depending on your location). You will receive notifications by text or email. Please note you must be at the location to sign for the package. If you choose "Payment in advance" as payment method, please note that we must have received and registered your payment before sending the package and that it normally takes a few days before the payment is registered.




Refund and Return

The right of withdrawal of purchase does not apply to anything that has been cut to a certain length by your request, such as fabrics, remnants or off cuts of fabrics, elastics, lace or other accessories.

Return freight will be paid by the customer. When we receive the returned goods we will credit the customer for the order except for the freight. If we by mistake should send you the wrong product, we will of course pay for the return freight.

We can unfortunately not compensate orders that are damaged during transport. Nor can we compensate orders that go missing in transport.
